Chimpiee:Committee proposes a four-phase plan to allocate a future coronavirus vaccine

Any new coronavirus vaccine, once approved, should be allocated to people in the US in four phases with first responders and high-risk workers in health care facilities at the front of the line, an independent committee recommended Tuesday.
